This is a website that has online blood-borne pathogen
study materials and an online test. You receive a
certificate upon successful completion of course (costs

laminated posters for blood borne pathogens, fire
safety, lifting, hand washing, TB, earthquakes, and many
more. Posters on the walls are an excellent way to

also be used as training materials.
http://www.ilpi.com/msds/faq/partb.html "The
MSDS Frequently Asked Questions - Regulations". It is
about 12 pages long with quite a few website links
contained within the document. #5 is What items do (or
do not) require MSDS's.
OSHA MSDS forms

Employee background checks are strongly recommended for
delivery personnel or any employee with direct patient
contact (at a minimum). The regulations regarding
background checks, performed by a third party, are found
in The Fair Credit Reporting Action (FCRA), which can be
accessed at the below link. Also important are the
regulations of the State that you are operating your
business from.

This website is great for ordering adhesive equipment
stickers to identify patient ready and dirty equipment.
Stickers should also have a date line to specify when
rental equipment was cleaned, tested, repaired, or had
preventative maintenance performed (if applicable). Look
for "custom printed labels" and you have a lot of
options.
One of my California clients uses it and has the highest
of praise for it. It's very flexible for reporting and
is user friendly. There are others out there that you
might like better though so it's good to look at several
and compare.
